Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the k3334 platform and all its associated services. k3334 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing this page, completing registration, or using the platform in any way, you ("user", "member") are entering into a legally binding agreement with these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The k3334 website, applications, and related digital services.
• "Member" — Any person who has successfully registered on the platform.
• "Account" — The member's personal login profile, balance, and transaction history.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the k3334 platform:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
• The user must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in their own name.
• Registration is only permitted if online gaming is not legally prohibited in the jurisdiction where the user is located at the time of registration.
• A person may not open more than one account.
• Current employees, directors of k3334, or their immediate family members may not register.

We may request relevant documents for age or identity verification at any time. k3334 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if documents are not provided.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination and any balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• If someone gains unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• k3334 is not responsible for any loss resulting from account use by a third party.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address.

3.3 Account Verification

k3334 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to be completed before the first withdrawal or at any other necessary time. A national identity card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate, and proof of current address may be required.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposited funds must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• After successful verification, funds are generally credited to the account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the mobile banking account used for the deposit or to a verified account.
• k3334 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification is complete.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). k3334 currently does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals, however the payment provider's own charges may apply.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

k3334 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately. Only real money may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, in which case the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games may have restrictions on bonus wagering — see the specific promotion details.
• k3334 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

k3334's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% weekly cashback at Diamond. VIP terms apply separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is evidence of a technical error.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error on the platform results in an incorrect win being announced, there is no obligation to pay that amount and k3334 reserves the right to void that bet.
• k3334 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of manipulation in a game or event.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Specific category rules apply for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket events. If a match is abandoned due to weather or any other reason, the processing of that bet will follow the decision of the relevant sporting authority.

6.3 Live Casino

If the internet connection is lost during a live dealer game, the result of that round will be determined according to the data stored on the server. k3334 is not responsible for issues with the user's device or network.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and involvement in them may result in permanent account termination:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or being associated with a professional betting syndicate.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the processing of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive conduct toward other members.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.

For any of the above violations, k3334 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Changes to Terms

Account Closure

13.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

13.2 Closure by k3334

k3334 may suspend or close any account without prior notice on grounds of violation of these terms, fraud, dishonest activity, or legal requirements. In such cases, whether any balance is forfeited or returned will be at our discretion.
